well today for breakfast i had a bowl of cocoa puffs and skim like. about 200 calories together. then for a snack i had a plum. but then my friend called and invited me to the beach so all there was for lunch was hot dogs. so i had one and half a bag od doretos (the individual size) and a diet coke. then when i got home i was hungry so i had a LOT of frozen yogurt. i havent had dinner yet but i think im going to have penut butter and banana slices on low carb bread. on a scale from one to ten (one being the worst) how did i do?

if u swam, then 9 cus it burns off alot of calories
