well this morning i weighed myself again another 2 pounds gone and people i seriouesly think this is a good diet...http://www.fitnessinfomercialreview.com/6weekbodymakeover.htm there is the website if you want to see that the maker has to say....and my mom when she ordered ask the person on the other line if there is a age limit and well he said no becaus you are just eating healthier and the exercise might be intence but it says in the book to walk atlesat 15 minutes a day or even more youll have soo much energy! and really guys i have been over weight all my life and never managed to lose even 1 pound and now i have lost 5! in just the matter of 3 days! and you are not straving yourself at all!!!!!

breatfast:1/2 grapefuirt, whole salmon/fish, side of veggies
mid morn snack:chicken breast, with veggies
Lunch:other half of grapefrit, tuna fish, potatoes and some veggies
after noon snack:peice of chicken
dinner:2 pieces of chicken, mixed vigges + potatoes green tea.
night snack:either 1/2 of another grapefruit, or a peach
