It depends how mny grams of fat you will eat each day. JIF Peanut Butter has 14g of fat per serving, Welch's Jelly has no grams of fat, and mrs. Baird's LARGE bread has 1g of fat per slice. So you can decide...although i would say not to...i still eat them myself! lol good luck if u wanna know something else, email me at fwdchikadee25@yahoo.com !

on the contrary- pb&j's are great for you- or at least, you can make them great...first of all, pick a bread that is high in fiber(the low carb bread has 3 grams of fiber per slice and only 60 cal. it's better for you even if you're not low-carbing) secondly, stop buying fake sugared up peanut butter and buy the real stuff- no skippy and such, but natural stuff. and for the jam- just make sure it's only 25 cals a serving, get sugar free. that's a very very healthy meal becausr then if you had a whole sandwich you'd be getting 6 g of fiber, 7-10 g of protien, and only 245 calories(if you have about half a serving of the peanut butter- but really, 1 tbspn goes a long way...) good luck!
