i had a nectarine nd a peice of toast for breakfast (ate @ 7:00) nd then an another nectarine for snack nd then for lunch rite now i had 2 slices of pizza. lol i shoodve onli had a slice

-never understands why people eat pizza while dieting-Why don't you try substituting it with skinless chicken breast or something like that? It's healtier and has less calories. Any pizza is terrible for dieting.

eat untill you're 8/10ths full, because it takes a while for it to hit your stomach and if you're really hungry- take it reeeeealllly slowly or you'll definately overeat while waiting for it to hit your stomach. not too bad though, only about 950 calories if you didn't have much butter. just eat a light dinner with more veggies!

2 slices is good! The other night we ordered pizza and i told myself i was gonna eat only one, but if your still hungry, you need to eat another slice, which i found out...because i ate another slice...lol

you should only eat until you aren't hungry anymore. don't restict yourself.
