okay..i have been trying to run 3 miles a day and do a 30 minute work out video! Though i dont have very good eating habits. Like i have cake and pizza and i just eat alot. Got any advice?

Like it or not, ur going to have to cut down the cake and eating to a minimum. U can still eat all that, just a whole lot less. And try to eat foods at meals that will keep you full (like eggs+toast+cheese) With some fruit of course. And here's what I've started doing:I sneak some vegetables into every meal, wether it be carrot sticks or cabbage. Ask your mom or dad to buy yoyu a bag of carrot sticks so you will always have something low-cal and healthy to munch on.
