Well Iam 14 year old .. most of us know that is the age going into highschool and looks is a major deal with it... I am not overweight however I have a stomach...Does anyone know how to just flatten the stomach? I could care less about the abs, I want a flat stomach.. Also its summer and all kids want to wear tank tops.. Does anyone know how to get rid of those i hate to say this "fat" from by the armpit.. You know the bunches, I would say I am more worried about the stomach but haha you know..

even tho sit ups and crunches are for abs they first get rid of ur stomach and flatten it out before it actually starts turning into abs.......so do those, they help

you can never fully rid yourselves of armpit fat deposits thingymabobs, but doing taebo really helps lessen their appearance. it also gave me really nice slender arms....my stomachs a different matter- i'm still working on my lower body, i'll get back to you when i find an answer...

Sit ups and crunches are for abs.... I dont need my abs to do anything haha but I want to stomach to be flatter

do a lot of sit ups like 50 in the morning 50 before you go to sleep and then next week go to 60 and so on..
