yeah- there's carb-free chocolate milk. my mom buys it all the time. it's called carbsmart or something. it comes in a carton and has a chocolate cow. ummmm....sorry if that didn't help much because i'm not at home so i can't look at it right now to tell you any of the important facts or what it's actually called....

My mom is diabetic and we live on sugar free nesquik its awesome! A glass of skim almost fat free milk and sugar free nesquik always helps me curve my chocolate cravings. Sugar free Nesquik is only like 40 calories for 2 whole tablespoons! You can get it at any grocery store right next to the regular stuff.

drink skim milk, its very low fat, less than 1% and it has carbs, but not very many. i'm not sure about chocaolate milk, but i am guessing the carbs would be a lot higher cause they will add sugar. you actually might be better off drinking the milk separately then having 3 hershey kisses or a small handful of m&ms to satisfy your craving.
