well i have been runnin for about a month and a half and my thighs are not gettin any muscular....i feel like they have slimmed down by probably an inch or so...but i still see jiggle...especially in the inner thigh what can i do...please HEEEEELLLP...how long will it take to see results if i do inner thigh exercises...i want to look good for when i go back to school next month and for my vacation...i only have 5 weeks left...is that enough time???

Don't worry...they say it takes a minimum of 2 months to tone up your body through running...and thats assuming you faithfully run a minimun of 3 days a week at a good pace. If you are, then I wouldn't worry...in about 5 weeks time you will start seeing more of an improvement. Just keep at it! Good Luck!
