ok my dad sttarted sayin stuff like i was as big as my mom well our legs were adn we measeureda nd we was right then he said my legs were bigegr then his and mine turned out to be 1 in. smaller he works out 2 hrs. a week and now i am so sick of being over weight i am going to stop eating well maybe 1 meal a day and it will be little i know its bad but at the rate i am going i will be as big as my dad i am 5'2 and weight 155!!!! i mean if you look at me i don't look like huge like really fat and chubby but i am! to be noraml weight i need to weight 125! and fast any1 gota ny suggestions

Try eating three meals a day, each below 500 calroies. Run a mile at least once a day. That way you loose about a two pounds a week.

You should eat 3 healthy meals a day and two snacks. You should excersize an hour a day and do something that is fun, not walking, unless walking is fun to you. You can lose 2 pounds a week. It would take a little over 3 months to lose 30 pounds. I know you can do it!
