any form of physical activity that works your cardio system(gets your heart pumping and makes your breathing a little heavier) examples are jogging, taebo, walking at a fast pace, hiking, running, jump-roping, dancing at a fast pace....many many more things. you should be doing these types of exersizes for 30-60 minutes at least 3 times a week to be healthy and it'll make you lose weight...
