hey here's a great idea to stay motivated. cut out pictures from magazines of like model's or like "your future body" i say. like one picture for every pound you loose. then print out the weight number. so like on picture would say 148, then 147 and so on until your goal. then for every pound you loose stick that picture on you wall where you can see it. that way you stay motivated and still decorate your wall at the same time. so far for me i have 3 pictures on my wall cause i've lost 3lbs since i've started this fantastic idea. you guys should do it to. all you need is a magazine and tape!

yeah- except that no human being will ever or ever really has looked like those pics. they're made up to an inhuman perfection and this is why so many of us are depressed because we strive and strive to look like something that was fixed up on a computer. you should read "can't buy my love" by jean kilbourne- then you won't feed so much into the advertising fallacy...

Yeah, I have tried that before. I would cut out pictures from Fitness mag. and post them everywhere. Now I have all of my before pics. in my room so I know I need to lose my last 10-15 pounds and that I don't want to look like that again.
