I am worse than alot of you guys.I am 256 pnds i get teased and taunted at school and im so scared my fattness will result in death.im going into my first year of high school so ive gone on a diet blowout i need to talk to people and get incouragment.I need you to help me through,please help. We can keep in touch with each other about our weight issuses and also the stuff that's going on at school and how poeple are treating us. Yeah so please email me because i think that it would be good for both of us. I really need someone that i can relate to because all of my friends are 118-123 pounds and i weigh 100 pounds more than them. We can't really understand each other in that aspect of things. well if its any help, from my experience, ppl n high school r a lot nice her an in middle sckool. they tease a lot less and r much more friendly. good luck!

We will help you! Try cutting different things here and there. like say you would normally have something for the snack machine, try to skip it. Just eat when your hungry and start out exercising by just walking, then when you are more comfortable, up the intensity. When you learn to look at fat, calories, and sugar content on everyfood there is, you know that you can lose weight. Eat mainly fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains. Try to stay away from too much bread, I am not saying low carb, but too many starches arent good. Pop has to be cut out for good, it just adds empty calories, and is bad for your bones. Try light lemonade, or rasberry they have 10 calories for one bottle, or crystal light.Drink lots of water, cause it fills you up fast. Chew sugarfree gum, when you have the craving to eat. Also brush your teeth after you eat, no one wants minty tasting food. Also try mouthwash, cause you cant eat or drink for 30 minutes. LOL! Good Luck, and we are always here for support!! Oh also, I eat when I am depressed. If you are the same way, where you eat from emotions, you have to learn to talk about your feelings, or write them in a journal. Trust me it helps, since I have lost 15 pounds, I have 25-35 pounds to get to my goal weight, I have become happy, which I thought I wouldnt be for a very long time. There are people here that weigh in the 200's. So you arent alone, and everyone will give you advice. Thanks for listening, have an awesome day!!!
