hey...i'm about 5'5 and i weigh about 150 lbs. i want to get rid of my flabby gut and get some weight off my massive thighs plus i think my calvs (i dont know how its spelled) are pretty big and i dont feel confortable walking around in shorts or anything b/c of how big they are..please help me and leave any tips..

Hey girl. I have the same problem, but i have found a way to turn it into muscle. to work your calf muscle walk up stairs on your tip toes.This strengths your muscles. Also for your thighs place your back against a wall and spread your feet shoulder width apart.With ur back against the wall act like you are sitting in a chair with your arms fully extended.
