today i had 1200 calories- 2 bowls of cherrios with fat free milk, a fat free pretzel, fat free cheese and fat free tortialla, one soy burger, bowl of cantalope and scrambled eggs without milk or anything like that, just the eggs...did i do ok today? or should i cut out anything?

No that is great!! You shouldnt have less than 1,200 calories, or you wont be able to lose weight, cause your body will go into a starving mode, and hang on to what it has. So keep that up and you will do great!
