if i have fat free foods all day then have 2 tbs peanut butter at the end of the day which is about 20 grams fat and about 4 saturated, will this help me lose weight (only eating the fat so my body doesn't starve itself)? or will the saturated fat ruin it

i was so fit when i ate just low fat and fat free foods and consumed them in small portions like they are meant too!! you might get hungry at first during the day, but jsut make sure you are eating the right portions of them and you're bound to lose weight! Good luck

Yeah you can, if you dont eat too many calories, you can actually gain weight on fat free foods if you eat too many calories. Cause some things to make them fat free they add a lot of sugar for taste, cause sugar and has a lot of calories, but no fat. So yeah eat just the right amount of calories, and yeah you can definitily lose weight, include exercise! GOod Luck
