I have been reading a lot of posts. Almost everyone talks about how they want to be skinny and lose weight. I mean the first step is saying that we want to lose weight. The second step should be to figure how bad we want it. Cause if you want something so bad you can get it, you just have to work hard just like anything that you want. Example, say you want to buy a car really bad, what do you do, you work really hard to earn that money to buy a car. Well its the same thing with losing weight, you have to work really hard to earn a healthy, thin body. No quick diet is going to fix that. Just like there is no quick way to get money, legally that is. LoL. So everyone stay with your healthy eating and exercise, and have will power to stay away from eating high calorie foods. You will get to your goal so much faster. No more stress, worrying, or guilt. Today is my 3rd day of eating really healthy, and I feel wonderful! I know you can do it, because I am doing it! You all have helped me so much, I have lost 10 pounds with the help of all of you. I have 30-35 pounds more to go to get to my goal weight! I know I can do it! I am giving myself till the beginning of december to lose it! Make sure you set a realistic goal because it gives you that much more confidence to know you can lose it. I have tried a lot of fast diets, all have failed for me. So I decided healthy eating. Plus I am doing weight watchers so that gives me more motivation because we have to weigh in everyweek. Thanks for listening! I have faith in all of you, so find your motivation, and make sure you are losing weight for yourself!! Good Luck everyone!!

I eat something like: Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal w/ 1/2 cup of milk(I dont measure, I just use a really, really small bowl.)banana Lunch: Wendy's side salad w/fatfree french style dressing. 5 saltine crackers. Snack: apple and a hard boil egg. Dinner: Lean cusine roasted vegetable pizza. Sometimes I will have skim milk with it. I drink lots of water through out the day. I go walking for an hour and a half. I have a routine, so it makes it that much easier for me. Trust me it gets easier and easier!!I dont even feel like I am dieting and exercising because I am actually enjoying it!

I want this really bad for a couple of reasons. 1. I want to go to the United States Naval Academy 2. I want to live past fourty. 3. And most importantly I want to be me. And wearing a 100 pound coat made of fat doesn't allow me to be me. And trust me I am working as hard as I can to lose the weight. Byez.
