I got on the scale this morning and it was 185, more than I expected to weight! I am 5'7 and I am probably going to grow another inch b4 school starts, b/c my mom says that I keep getting taller. So if I am 5'8 and like 170 pounds, I think that would be good. I want to eventually weigh 145. Maybe I can make that by CHRISTmas and I will be happy! I am going to get Winsor Pilates for my birthday so I can get toned and look great! Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!

If you want to check every day, check in the morning.. aside from that, I agree, check atleast once a week. No more than this...

Just try not to weigh yourself everday the fluxuations (i have no idea how to spell that) can be somewhat disapointing even though im sure they are normal. Pick one day and make that your weigh in day.
