Hi guys...I'm feeling hopeless!!! Yesterday night I had a whole PACK of arrowroot cookies before bedtime! I couldn't sleep, because I was so full and my heart was beating like crazy! Obviously, my insulin levels were out of whack! Anyway, I've been good today. This is what I had: Breakfast: 2 nectarines, whole wheat toast. Lunch: rice, veggies, 2 porkchops. Dinner: protein bar. Calories total: 1150. I ran around all day at work...and tonight I'm going to hula hoop for maybe 30 minutes. Please tell me I can lose 7lbs by August 20th? ~~MissyK~~

heres wut i always do. instead of just sitting ther nd watching tv, i always hula hoop thinkin mayb it wood burn off more calories than just sitting down! :)

I think you'll totally lose 7 lbs. by then! It sounds like your doin' great. Keep up the great work (and drink TONS of water...believe me, it helps). Good luck!
