Hey everyone, This is my third day on my diet and I have been losing a pound everyday! I was orginally 132 and I am now 129! Woo Hoo! BREAKFEST:Medium bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats almost went for seconds but stopped myself LUNCH: Tortilla chips (NOT GOOD) but later on worked out really hard for 30 minutes rollerblading around DINNER : LAMB STEAK THINGY DESSERT : 2 pieces of Toblerone I did not eat fantastic today but worked out really hard and about to go swimming! HEIGHT : 5'3 CURRENT WEIGHT : 129

lol alrite! down 2 the 20's now! lol. honey bunches o oats is good but im juss suggesting that total has %s of vitamins n minerals
