Do you really have to eat breakfast to lose weight?

IT's me again. If you eat a large breakfast a medium lunch, and a small dinner and a little snack b4 bed then that will help lose weight!

breakfast is important top giving you engery. try eating most of your carbs then, as theyll be burned.
