SARAH LEE bread is only 45 cals a slice and we have jelly that is only 10 calories a serving, so the sandwich could probably be less than 200 calories.

Depends on what kind of bread you used, how much peanut butter, and how much jelly. If you use low calorie bread (there's some wheat bread that is 60 calories per slice) and a little bit of peanut butter (reduced fat would work) and about a tbsp. of jelly, that's not too bad. It all depends on how much of everything you used, and what type of bread!

a peanut butter an jelly sandwich is about 160 cal for the bread, 80 for the jelly( wich is 240 cal?) and then PB is 190 cal, so thats about 250+200=450 450-20=430.... so, the sandwich is about 430 caloires, wich is OK, but also signals to take off about 50 caloires on your next meal.
