hi,im 13,5'3 and 132lbs i really need to lose about 16lbs and I ONLY got 6 days to do it.I know its not possible to lose 16 lbs in 6 days but i was thinking about just drinking liquids like diet soda,LOTS of water and juice. Maybe if i do that then ill shed some lbs.

If you're going to do a liquid diet, don't drink diet soda. It has sodium in it and even though it IS low in calories, it makes you retain water. A liquid diet isn't safe to begin with. I would suggest eating veggies as well, and watching your calorie intake. Also try and exercise as much as possible because that will speed up your metabolism and result in more calories being burned.

i would not do that if i where you i could really hurt you body and besides do you remeber the story of the hair and the tortus slow and steady wins the race

no pop water and juice if you have slim in six try there 6 day weight lose or the 3-day diet at alot of people say they lose 5-10 piunds on it
