well guys i have lost a 12lbs in A WEEK!!!!! i followed the 7 day diet for..durrr..seven days and used it as a kickstart to my diet. now im goin to eat a diet of 1300 cals a day and do half an hr exercise per day. woo ded proud of myself. ive gone from 140lbs to 128lbs!!! and dropped a dress size! wooo! if u want the diet go to google and then type in 'the 7 day diet'. but only follow it for the amount of time stated, NO LONGER! its not healthy long time. ive just used it as a kick up the ass really to get into gear, now im gonna follow a sensible diet. anyway peeps, hope ive helped.

is that the diet where you eat all fruits one day then all veggies another day, then both, then bannas & milk, and meat and veggies the next days? or was is something else?
