ok so today (i'm gonna try to post everyday of what i ate so u guys can tell me what's good and what's not)i ate for breakfast: 1 1/2 scrambled eggs (120 calories), a piece of toast (80 calories) and water. so what should i have later? thankx so much! i know i bug u guys A Lot but i need the motivation and encouragement. thankx again! ~Annie

That sounds good! Have something that you feel like, but has about 300-400 calories for lunch. You dont bug me. That is what this place is for, encouragment and motivation!!
