ok so i'm kinda hungry right now, i don't know what do to! today i had: b: 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with butter and water (total:170 calories) then for l/d: i had 3 small tomatoes (about 15 calories) and a hotdog (about 70 calories) and a bun (90 calories)and ketchup (40 calories) and water. and i'm still hungry sorta. i had it at 1 and now its 4 o'clock. what should i do?

no i don't have a mind problem and no its not ana either, its ok to ask though, its like i need to lose a few pounds and if i don't then i'll fail or something lol

its called Ezekiel bread- u can get it at WHOLE FOODS its a store with healthy food. the bread comes in plain (which tastes ok) and cinnamon raisin. they both have the same amount of calories and fat and stuff. is only 80 calories a slice and its NOT made with flour! its "living bread" meaning they used grains as a whole and natural ingredients. lol hope this helped!

thankx for all the advice guys, it helps. i don't have a weight problem, i have a mind problem or something. but i ate a really really healthy muffin my mom made (it has flour, honey, dried apricots, cinnamon and few other good ingredients) and about half a cup of milk or so. and i think altogether that was about 200 calories. but thankx again hop i didn't bug u guys lol

youve consumed 385 caloires. so, eat depedendidng on your goal. try half a can of fat free chicken soup(non creamy) or 8 carrots, or half a slimfast type shake. use your imaginatoin, depending on your goal. also remember to drink a ton of ice water, and green tea. good luck!

simple eat or ur motabilism will slow down so eat and dont count cals just eat ONLY when ur hungry and excercise and when u eat dont eat till ur full full just eat till ur pleasently full and then u also just need to excercise and this will help u loose weight no special diet or any thing just excercise an hour a day and eat normally just dont over stuff urself and only eat when ur hungry so yea thats easy
