im gonna start my diet tomarrow...1 egg scrambeled(100) cereal(150)peanutbutter(190)whole wheat bread(140)1/2 cup of yogurt(50)strawberries(25)smartfoodpopcorn(100)chciken(140)rice(225) thats about 1100 calories...ill burn 900(swim team)533(sleeping)264(watching tv)65(sitting)263(biking 20 min)120(arobics/sterching)123(talking)231(situp/pushups/leg lift/dancing)175(rollerblading for 20 min)thats about 2700 calories burned...this means ill lose 3 pounds a week,if i do this for 8 weeks ill lose 24 pounds my goal!!!i hopeto be a size 7 in 8 weeks...comment on my plan please

for another calories i say add a fruit or veggie like a nectarine or something lol its hard to find something just for a 100 calories lol u can choose whatever u want as long as its 100 calories! lol

if u really want to lose a pound of REAL fat, that's about 3500 calories. but i think ur diet sounds fine. i'm lose about 3.5 pounds a week also. i've been successful so far. lol email me if u wanna talk dancergurl14@comcast.net

I think it sounds good, except you should add 100 calories. To make 1,200, anything less and your body may go into a starving mode holding on to the fat for energy. Making you at a stand still. So if you do that, your plan sounds awesome!!!
