WHEWHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! i lost one whole pound since last week...hopefully by the end of the week i can lose another...1 down 15 more to go...YEAaaaaaH...any1 have ideas on how to get rid of 15 lbs quickly tho??? w/o using any FAD diets but just exercise ideas (for stomach, arms and thighs)..b/c i dont have an eating problem just usually not very active...but I have been running 3 miles a day now...i'm so proud of myself...lol

hey i'm trying to lose 15 pounds too! i've already lost 2 pounds in like 4 days just from eating way less and exercising. i feel so energized! i usually eat 1-2 slices of Ezekiel bread (only 80 calories a slice and they don't use flour in it!) and later i eat like chicken or a salad or something which boosts my energy level. and i ride my bike for like 20-30 minutes every day and that seems to help. and i play tennis too but that's like once a week. i have til august 7th to lose 13 more pounds or atleast 8 pounds because i go to camp in august. if u wanna talk email me dancergurl14@comcast.net or my sn is sparklegirl2854
