if i workout for 2 hours a day, eat 1200 calories will i lose at least a jean size or 2 before august 2nd or at least get rid of the little pouch of fat i see in my neck when i press it against my chin?

maybe you should try 1300 caloires, and an hour and a half of working out.

im no doctor but im pretty sure that even skinny people can see a pouch when they put their chin to their chest. Its just the way your chin moves. I just asked my co-worker to do its (shes VERY skinny) and she had one too!so dont worry about it if you think your overweight it should show more places than just your chin and then we can help you. a whole pant size takes about 10 lbs of FAT loss... not just weight loss... but if you combine diet and cardio and weight training you may not lose a ton of weight by then but you can expect to lose some inches... you may not lose 2 pant sizes by then but i think you could lose atleast one if you stick to your program... you'd be suprised at the over all results you will see if you combine those 3 things
