ok so today for breakfast i ate: 2 slices of cinnamon-raisin Ezekiel bread w/ some butter and jam and water (altogether 200 calories). what should i eat for lunch/dinner that's atleast 300-400 calories? thankx ~Annie

drink a 8oz glass of water before and after your meal eat something that wont make you hungry in the next hour(something that will make you full)

I love lean cusine pizzas, they range from 320-380 calories, and they are delicious, or have 1 cup of oatmeal is 300 calories.

You NEED to eat more than that Annie. Try 1200 calories a day, or at least 1000.
