i need to lose 15 lbs by the time school starts which is about 2 months. i try to run every night but its hard to stick to it and i dont know what diet to do because there are all these little things that come up like i have a family dinner every night and if im at a friends and we eat junk fod its SOOOOOO HARD to resist!!!! I NEED TO LOSE THESE LAST 15 LBS AND FAST!

For the family dinner, get a smaller plate and fill that up. You end up eating less, and yet feeling like you ate the same amount! Also, tell your friend that your getting sick of all the junk food, and say your trying to cut back to the sweets!

NEVER try to lose weight fast. 15 pounds in 2 months is a good goal. First, when you go to a friends house bring healthy food w/ u. I'm not saying that you should bring brocolli and carots, but maybe a fruit salad. Next, buy a new outfit for school that is one size smaller, that is where you get your motivation from. I would say that YOU should buy it b/c if your parents do, you won't feel the need to lose the weight. When you do not feel like getting up and running, go look at the outfit and think of how much you want that. You should probably excersize 60 minutes a day. I Hope I helped, GOOD LUCK!
