Ok, this is what I ate today: B-kellogs complete bran cereal w/ half a cup of 2% milk and splenda L-a turkey and ham sandwich w/ low fat bread and a LITTLE mayo S-chocolate chip granola bar D-salad w/ vegies on it and low fat dressing (actually it isn't low fat, but that is what it says, it really has 7 grams of fat in it!) parmesan cheese and turkey on the salad, a little bit of cottage cheese, bread and a LITTLE butter, and 3 pear slices. For desert I had a SMALL piece of red velvet cake w/ cream cheese frosting. I know, it really isn't that good, but it is better than what I usually eat! Do you think that is really bad? I haven't excersized yet, but I am probably going to after the dishes, and then I am gonna watch the real world reunion, I LOVE THEM!!! I HOPE EVERYONE DID BETTER THAN ME TODAY AND I HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING GOOD ON YOUR W8 LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was babysitting and that is all the had, you can't really taste as little of mayo as I put on it, so it was kinda senseless for me to do so! and the cake really wasn't very big and compared to eating like 4 bigger pieces of it like I did the other day, I think I did pretty good. Thanks for the tips!

lose the dessert( or have sugar free jello) and replace the mayo with reduced cal mirical whip. also, lose the butter altogether. but, counting it all together, you did OK, for a day. not to be sounding disocourageing, but your day would have been really well, if you had not had cake, because it has ALOT of caloires, and the serving size labeled on the box is about 1/4 of what people normally serve themselves. good luck.
