wooooo ive lost a stone in two weeks! i weighed 140lbs and now im down to 126lbs!! can u believe? all i did was eat:
breakfast: an apple, a small bowl of cereal with skimmed milk
lunch: a HUGE salad with no dressing
dinner: a tuna steak with boiled potatoes and brocolli and carrots
i also exercised for at least an hour a day. i am a girl who used to have absolutely no will power at all but i looked at from the point of view that by the time college starts i want to feel confident. im already feelin mighty confident now and woooo my best boy mate has asked me out on a date!!! im real happy rite now!!
