What happens if you were to just have one meal thast like 1000 calories and low in fat? and then a 200 cal . snack later? would you lose weight? Today that happend cuz i worked until 2:00 pm, and at 3 I had 2 soy burgers with toppings ( 400 cals) and then i had like 6 slices of turkey with fat free cheese on them 600 cals... adn then for a snack i had fat free yogurt and strawberries... i know this isn't healthy adn balanced, bu tim just curious if that kind of eating would eventually lead to weight loss?

its ok this time but watch outyou will get hungru later in the day

okay thanks guys! I don't know.. I'm going to try to start eatting mini meals and hopefully that will work... i've lost 5 lbs. on the south beach but now i feel like i've hit a plateau and i dont knwo what to do !

I think it probably would, but I don't really recommend it in the long run. :)

No that isnt healthy, and it doesnt keep your metabolism up to burn fat. It would be fine today, but try to eat small meals throughout the day or eat when your hungry. It shouldnt be done regularly, it could lead to binging too.
