I read an article in the health magazine, talking about emotional eating. It is about not counting calories, or no grueling exercise, but it is about how to take care of your emotions without overeating. One lady lost 80 pounds by doing this. Heres a quote from the article "You have to train yourself to recognize and express the anger, sadness, and guilt that are part of life, along with happiness, graditude, and love. It is about finding and living in balance." The lady I was talking about about was very depressed so in the evening she would go to bed crying and eating. Don't bottle up everything inside. Tell people how you feel, and get angry when you want to. Just dont go to extreme. Scream in your pillow that always helps. Learning to deal with your emotions without food is good for your soul. The weight loss is just an enormous result and bonus. I hope this helped!

One other thing about losing weight. I heard it is good to take one step at a time. Like say you want to lose 40 pounds. Dont do such a high goal. make it by 10's. So say you were 220, then lose 10 pounds, 210, when you get there try another 10 pounds, 200, 190, 180, so on. Cause if you think about it that way, what is 10 pounds? It will keep you feeling better too I think!
