well todays the day... I started excersicing wo hoo lol i walked a mile, i actually feel prettty good my goal is to walk atleast 2 miles a day

thats's great you all...i run 3 miles a day everyday of the week...it's really rigorous for me and some days i feel like i dont wanna do it but i dont want to be FAT anymore (i'm 5'3" 146 lbs) and each year i say im gonna lose weight and i dont...So this time i figured that if i really want this i gotta feel the PAIN!!!...plus i do weights, and other short exercises and now its nothing....its like a regualr part of my daily schedule and something i must get done or else i feel bad...anyway GOODLUCK to all and KEEP it UP! =)

YEAH IT GETS EASIER... I STARTED WITH ONE MILE A DAY AND BUILT UP TO 3 MILES 4 DAYS A WEEK...
