How I did today: Breakfast-oatmeal with an egg Lunch-porkchop, big bowl of rice, fried eggplant. Dinner-half a jumbo Safeway muffin. TALK ABOUT an unhealthy dinner, eh?! Oh well...the calories added up to about 1330, so I'm still safe. I really like how I don't have to give up my favorite foods to lose weight. My next weigh in is July 15th! ~~MissyK~~
