is it better to walk faster on a flat ground or go up the hill a little bit slowly? because I always walk up hills to get to the bus stop, but since it is so hot and hard to walk... I kind of walk slowly. Also is it enough for the day if I walk up the hill for about 20min and come down 20 min? (separatly) Please read and reply soon!!! THanx

Both are good, because hills can work your butt, calfs, and your quads. If you go too slowly, it wont be cardio though, and since you are going slow 40 minutes is ok, but try to add something that gets your heartrate up to burn more calories.
