am i to overweight i almost hit the scale at 180 and i am 5'3". can someone tell me a couple exersizes to flatten my stomach. e-mail me at monkey112291@comcast.net ouw my stomach is against the keyboard!!!

It would help it first u believe in yourself and not say bad things about yourself! Now, the best excersize is walking/jogging. Do that for 30 minutes 3 or more times a week and you will c results here in a few weeks, hope I helped.
