there is a popint for cardio even if you don't have muscles. your body's still burning off calories which you need to do for weight loss! but the weight lifting is good- but instead of taking out cardio- you need to just add weightlifting in. good luck!

sorry, I didnt say my workout plan... I try to walk at least 2 miles everyday, and I have to get back into the swing of muscle training.

I used to be a blah, unmotivated person. And I finally got tired of being so big! So basically, I cut out the junk foods. Like the chips and sweets and started walking. Today I went to the Y with a friend, but usually the dog is my workout buddy :) I also got people to give me "pledges" for how much wieght I loose. Kinda like a birdies for charity thing. I figured that if I went to a wieght loss facility it would cost too much money, so this way I have some to spend if I need new clothes ;) Family members are very supportive. I think that I'll add weight training back into my plan... Theres no point in doing cardio if youve got no muscles burning off calories while your not doing anything. OH! Pilates was a big help also. I lent them to a friend... that could be a reason... Anyways, I hope this helps and thanks for the comments.

what's your diet plan? and your exersize plan? sometimes you just have to stick it out, other times you need to up the intensity and time of your workouts. don't eat less though, work on building up your metabolism- which means small meals throughout the day. overeating will actually slow it down. exersize and building muscle are great ways of gaining and sustaining a higher metabolism. good luck. by the way please share how you lost so much! it would be greatly appreciated!

Thats great that you lost all that weight. It sounds like you hat a plateau, either lower your calories or increase your exercise. You have probably heard that before, but its the best way to do it.
