hey again i did better today here goes.............b=2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter s=some wheatables l=slimfast dinner=chicken, aspargus, and some 3 cheese noodles s= a piece of cheese cake. Excercise= not alot some toning that bout it its just been sooo hott lately and we dont have airconditioning ands stuff i might go up in my room tonight and dance.
I have a question...........Well I had my period in mid june not the usual time and i have the worst cramp now but no period yet whuts up with that. like i had myperiod at beginning of june and then in the middle for july and now i have cramps so i might have an extra period this year and I am really worried whut might be y i am havin bad cramps now????????/ well thanx for answering and replying on how i did today

Yeah, no air conditioning here either. Or at my home. (I'm at the "library" on it's wonderful Windows 95 eight year old computer. :P) I get used to it after a while, and when I sweat I just tell myself I can take a cold shower or swim when I get home.

but you have to rember that a period is diffrent for everyone so you never know

you somtimes get cramps and gained wieght 1-7 days before your period i do and its not fun but if you wrokout it helps the pain

hey omg! the period thing happened to me before too. i got cramps (i hardly ever get them) and i thought 'oh probably my period its been a month' but when i woke up there was no blood. and it came like 5-7 days later... its weird, i tink its cauze i was exercising or eating less than my daily crumbs. lol don't worry! u'll be fine! trust me!

My old volleyball coach said that walking is exercise is great for cramps. Even just walking! I think you did really good on your eating, because you are still eating your favorite foods,like cheesecake, just make sure it is a small piece and make it last a long time. GREAT JOB!!!!
