if i eat 1300 calories a day and exercise for about 2 hours a day can i lose alot of weight by august 2nd-im talking a couple dress sizes, maybe 2 or 3

I can give you a 3 day diet... its fruit and protein so its not bad for you plus its around 1000 calories a day you lose around 10 lbs in the 3 days... stay on for 3 then off for 4 repeat till your the weight you want to be... email me for the whole diet if your interested... steviebaby07@yahoo.com

In one month, I dont think so. Maybe, but I think losing one dress size in a month is hard. Good Luck, and tell me how it works out!
