lately on ive noticed that all people ever talk about is girls and body image and girls and eating disorders and stuff like that....i wish theyd talk about the boys once in awhile cause we go through alot of body image issues to and they never seem to talk about us much just the girls.....its kind of sad

it's just more imperative about girls. i'm taking an advertisement class and ads and the media has doubled the depression in girls over 12, but has less effect on men except that it's also caused more violence towards women with the tough images of men and the shy images of women...

Although I am a girl, I understand what u arew talking about. I have gone to school with a few overweight guys abd a few overwight girls...and the guys get made fun of a lot more.

I understand Jimmy. And us fat boys get made fun of, and picked on plenty. Lots of pressure to slim down..

for me it seems that guys don't really care if they are fat. they don't usually get made fun of or anything. i mean the fattest guys at my school are the most popular. its just different for girls cause they are subject to more pressure to be thin
