Ok, i saw this show of Celebrity Diets and they went on the raw food diet, and they ate fruits and veggies, as long as it wasn't cooked, and they lost a lot of weight. So thats what im gonna do, except im gonna eat chicken and fish, but not fried. And drink 100 oz. of water or more....thats what these people did and they lost like 50 pounds in 6 weeks...email me @ brix_0406@yahoo.com for ?s or anything else

another reminder, i went raw for a few months, and you have to watch your protein and calumin carefully. one of my best calcuim sources is these cheap bagged raw alomnds i get at wild oats. you can also turn them into a raw almond milk if you own a blender. and remember, you can have most juices or milks, because their heated to remove germs.

and 100oz of water is alot.....to much water can be unhealthy for you believe or not

you cant go raw and eat cooked chicken and fish. your SUPPOSED tp eat things like raw fruits and veggies, and unraostedunsalted nuts. its a whole living enzyme theory, you cant go "half the way"
