if i eat 1200 calories a day, ride my bike 2 miles, swim laps for an hour and do a workout video at home for 40 minutes and have no more than 15-20 grams fat will i lose weight? or should i notworkout so my body doens't starve itself

accully, you plan seems pretty good if you have the will to do it. however, i suggest trying to eat 1300 caloires, and dont worry that much about fat, just use higher fat items lightly. good luck!

That is way to much exercise for one day. You will never be able to keep it up. Believe me, I have done it. If you workout too much in one day you will hurt yourself, not help. You will be really tired and won't be able to move. Just cut down what you eat and exercise for about 30-60 mins a day.

im not sure if that'll work or not. I mean sure what you have planned is what dieting is all about but all of that...in one day??? dont over do it! maybe you should only do one activity a day like swimming one day then a tape then something else, yadda yadda yadda
