can someone post or email me ( Gymnast102290@aol.com ) an eating plan, and exersize plan...but the excersize has to be all stuff i can do inside with no tapes(liek situps) because im goin 2 camp...also for the food liek just about how much should i have cuz they give you lots of chioces...thanx

Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal w/milk and a fruit(my favorites are Special k redberries,grapenuts,and total because they fill me up)
Lunch: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread w/ turkey or chicken, lettuce, cheese, tomatoe, mustard, onions(optional) and other veggies that you love, a glass of milk, and a fruit( I tend to pick juicy ones in the summer like oranges and watermelon)
Dinner: fish (salmon is the best), or chicken, a serving is the size of a deck of cards, a vegetable, cottage cheese, I love putting cottage cheese over my baked potatoe because it takes care of no butter/or sour cream. and milk, you can add a salad, but with fat free dressing. Take a multivitamin
Helpful Hints:
1) Drink lots of water(Often we eat when we think were hungry, but it is really thirst) Plus Ice cold water makes our body burn 40 calories to warm it up.
2)Brush your teeth after you eat, no one wants to eat when their all their food is minty. Believe me,Ive done it!
3)For exercise, just get out and play with your dogs if you have them, or ride your bike, play basketball, or jump rope is a huge calorie burner and tones.
4)The best of luck, I give great advice I just need to listen to myself. (lol)

DONT DRINK ALOT OF SOADA OR EAT ALOT OF CHIPS, THATS WHERE I GOT MOST OF MY FAT FROM
