Hey ppl! Does this sound like a bad diet to you? Ok, I eat healthy and stay away from fried foods, junk food, and soda. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. And for exersize, I can dance to music in my home, play in a pool, but I do 50 situps every night. I started it today but I am not doing well. But there's always tomorrow!!!

Thanks for the tips, again. I know someone that ate nothing but healthy food and over a year or so gained 25 pounds, I mean she isn't too big, but is considered overweight. My best thing for you is to do portion control, I myself needs to eat smaller portions. That way you can have the foods you love. But I would still stay away from pop and chips. I knew one girl who would eat a hershey kiss for desert, but only one, and shut off all distractions(Tv, radio, etc.) and let it melt in your mouth, and it will last like 10 minutes. You can also use a starburst. I wish you good Luck.
