Reply from JS, Age 12 - 07/01/04 - IP#: 148.167.126.xxx there the same thing. south beach calls it "smart carbs" but youll see, if you count it, both plans have the same induciton, the same goals, and everything. south beach just advertises it as not low carb, but smart carb, when it id low carb anyways.
