Everyone always says taht if you eat less than 1000 calories per day that you will eventually gain weight.. but i know plenty of people who have eaten less than that who have lost big tiem because of it! I'm confused.

you gain the weigth for 4-6 months then your body starts to eat of it self it startes with you eyes then gose to everything else thats why you lose the weight

Hey, I think that if you eat less than 1000 calories, then you WILL see good results. That's what makes sence to me.
