I need help.and i need someone who actually knows the answer not just guessing......i got a membership to a gym, and im going everyday for the next month..should i do aerobics and weights everyday or plan it out where i do aerobics one day and weights the next

I do them both on the same day, but I don't do a lot of weight training b/c I have A LOT of muscle already.

You should do weights one day and arobics the next. Because if you do them in the same day you will get really tired and might not want to go back te next day.

you should do aerobics one day and weight training the next, because when you do weight training your muscles need at least a whole to recover from the weights. also, aerobics will help you burn fat all over while weight training you can do specific spots that you think are the worst.

do the arobics one day then the cardio the next it gives the muscles time to heal when you change

Well this is what i do.. i go about 5 times a week, cardio for at least 30 minutes every time, combined with 20 minutes of lifting every time, but every day i switch weights like one day i'll do arm weights the next day i'll do legs!! its worked so far, i dont pull muscles or anything like that that way and i dont get TOO tireD! I know a lot do aerobics one day and weights the next cuz with aerobics you move and not stop...you would loose more weight by doing it different days...good luck!!!
