i have been trying to loose weight for the longest time and i have never finished it. I tell myself that i will than i weak it and i say that i will the next day and stick too it. I cannot take the junk food out of my house because my dad loves it. He is not over weight. So what should i do. Does any one believe in me. Please.

Hey Girl, I have the same problem as you. But what I did was I put two pictures of Hilary Duff on my fridge so whenever I feel like pigging out, I just look at her and tell myself "If I want to have a body like hers, I need to say NO to junkfood.". So what I suggest u do is find a picture of someone that u want to have a body like and whenever you want to pig out, just look at that person and tell yourself "If I want to have a body like that person, I have to say NO to this junkfood and eat something healthier" What also might help is if you ask your dad to just take SOME of the junkfood out of the house for your sake. I really hope I helped. I am gonna start my diet tomorrow. If you need any diet tips, just ask me. I HAVE PLENTY. Trust me. See ya, and tell me how your diet works out.
PS If you can, try to exersize if you don't. I don't know if you do or not though. BYE!

first every time you get a craving remind your self why your on the diet tell your self good things like it will pay off or you love yourself tell yourself something good everyday it helps
